Certain features of the Service use artificial-intelligence models. Your use of these AI features is billed on a prepaid basis from your workspace credit balance.
The current platform rate is $0.06 per 1,000 tokens (input plus output combined) and $0.16 per generated image, in USD. We may change this rate at any time with reasonable prior notice posted on this page or sent to the workspace owner's email on file. Continued use of the AI features after a rate change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
We are the sole authority on token counts, image counts, and other units of AI consumption for billing purposes. Our server-side logs of input tokens, output tokens, and image generations are conclusive and authoritative. You agree not to dispute charges on the basis of third-party token counters or estimates.
AI credits are non-refundable once consumed. Charges are debited from your prepaid balance at the moment of each AI call, and the resulting tokens, images, or generated content cannot be returned. Unused prepaid balance may be refundable at our discretion if you close your account, subject to processing fees.
When your prepaid AI credit balance reaches zero, AI features will automatically pause until additional credits are added. If a future automatic top-up payment fails, AI features will also pause until the billing issue is resolved. Other parts of the Service (page hosting, analytics, leads) are not affected by an empty AI balance.
By using the AI features of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the billing terms above.
